Want Instant Access to Thousands of Song Selections ...

But Don't Have Room For A Jukebox ?

Here's The Answer

"A Seeburg DEC Wallbox Converted to a Standalone Jukebox"
That's right !!!      A Real Working Wallbox ... That Doesn't Need A Jukebox

Offered, For Sale, are "previously operated" Seeburg DEC wallboxes that have been rebuilt and retrofitted with an MP3 Compact Flash memory card player system, power amplifier and a four digit digital display, turning them into a self-contained, 100% solid-state jukebox with wireless remote control capability.

This wallbox is NOT a plastic/tin reproduction, it's a real commercial grade wallbox manufactured by the famous Seeburg Corporation, out of Chicago Illinois, back in the early 70's.

At that time, these wallboxes sold for $350 and you still needed a vinyl record jukebox to make them operate. They were commonly used in diners and bars throughout the 70's and 80's until record jukeboxes became obsolete by the Compact Disc format.

But, Thanks to New "Modern Day Technology"
This 30+ year old wallbox just got revived

The outside appearance still resembles the classic 70's look and feel, but, the internal electronics are brand new, custom rewired to an advanced, high-speed, MP3 player system that's much faster than any CD jukebox.

Select 4-digit mode ... and you can have access of up to 10,000 songs, limited only by the capacity of the Compact Flash memory card. That's over 500 CD's worth of music, all contained within the wallbox. Of course, you'll need another way to show all of these song selections. We used Microsoft Publisher 2000 to create title pages for a loose-leaf binder. You can download a copy of our publisher file template here or the PDF file here.

Selections made from the keypad or remote are played through the wallbox speakers from an internal 6-Watt Power Amplifier. The volume level can be adjusted using the SOFT and LOUD buttons or from the wireless remote. A stereo RCA line-out cable is provided so you can connect to an external amplifier.

The wallbox can be operated from coins or set to "Free Play". Fully programmable "Coin Ratios" at quarter increments up to $1. The old style lamp indicators were replaced with an LED display to show "Currently Playing", "Selection Being Made" and "Credits Remaining".

The wallbox features an "autoplay mode", where a song is played, after a period of no activity. This is normally used to attract attention. The no activity period can be set from 1 to 30 minutes or continuous. If selections are made during an autoplay song, they will be played after the end of the currently playing song. After all selections have been played, the wallbox returns back to autoplay mode. You can choose continuous autoplay to provide non-stop music.

The MP3 player plays songs from a Compact Flash memory card. The memory card is organized using folders with up to 100 MP3 song files in each folder. The first two letters of each folder name identify with the first 1 or 2 selectable digits. For example, in 3-digit mode, folder name "01" will contain the song selections for 100-179, name "02" for song selections 200-279. Up to ten folders can be created, which are named as "00" to "09". In 4-digit mode, up to 100 folders can be created, named as "00" to "99". In either mode, you can increase the keypad selections to any range of folder numbers.

You can also assign the additional folders to the autoplay feature. Autoplay has a setting for the start and ending folders. When the last song from the ending folder is reached, autoplay resets back to the start folder. For example, instead of playing from folders "01" and "02", you can set autoplay to start at folder "03" and end at folder "09".

Another nice feature is the wireless remote control. Not only can you adjust the volume level, pause or cancel song plays, but you can also make selections from the remote offering a full selectable range of 000 to 999 in 3-digit mode or 0000 to 9999 in 4-digit mode.

If the "autoplay from remote" setting is enabled, you can turn the continuous autoplay mode on and off. You can even change the current autoplay folder by pressing 0 to 9 in 3-digit mode, or 00 to 99 in 4-digit mode then press ENTER from the remote. This allows you create and play all of your favorite songs from selectable playlists. You can also add credits from the remote by pressing "8" then "CHANNEL UP".

WHAT WILL YOU GET ...
